Types of Referral Pathways

Medicare

To claim Medicare rebates back from the cost of your session, you will need to get a referral and Mental Health Care Plan (MHCP) from your GP. Your MHCP can be forwarded directly to us by giving your GP our details.

Private

Medicare

You can choose to book with one of our psychologists without a referral or claiming for rebates. If you have private health insurance you may be eligible to claim rebates for your psychological sessions. To find out if you are eligible and/or how much funding you are entitled to claim for your psychological sessions, please contact your private health insurance.

NDIS

Workcover

Our psychologists provide psychological services to clients who are self-managed and plan managed with NDIS. Please ensure you provide us with your NDIS plan and details.

Workcover

We provide both early intervention to workers who are struggling to maintain their roles, and rehabilitation for workers who have left the workplace. We can commence therapy once we have received your Workcover claim details.
